The Sindh Ombudsman’s office has introduced a mobile application, now available on the Google Play Store, to address public grievances against government departments.

Sindh Ombudsman Muhammad Sohail Rajput stated that the app has been designed to be user-friendly, allowing citizens to register complaints anytime, anywhere.

Our goal is to provide a quick and effective platform for citizens to resolve their issues with government offices, Rajput added.
