Rawalpindi – Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza met with Commander Bahrain National Guard, General Shaikh Mohammed Bin Isa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, in Rawalpindi on Thursday to discuss regional security and military cooperation.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on the evolving regional security landscape and stressed the need to enhance bilateral defense collaboration. They explored ways to strengthen military ties between Pakistan and Bahrain, focusing on training, joint exercises, and strategic partnerships.
General Al Khalifa praised the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces and acknowledged their sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. He reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to deepening military cooperation with Pakistan to ensure regional stability.
The meeting highlighted the strong defense ties between the two nations and their shared commitment to security and counterterrorism efforts.
