The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast the entry of a western weather system into Balochistan, bringing heavy rainfall and snowfall.

According to the PMD, Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Mastung, Pishin, Killa Abdullah, Killa Saifullah, Chagai, Noshki, Kalat, Khuzdar, Barkhan, Sibi, Harnai, Zhob, and Musakhail will experience heavy rain and snowfall in the coming days.

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert, advising residents to avoid unnecessary travel and stay away from water channels.
